Hey guys, sorry if I’ve haven’t post anything over the recent weekend, I suppose I kinda needed a break. More accurately though, I think I need to hit “reset”. The thing about “resets” is that most people often think of it like a hard reset, like starting over. But I see resets in the way of intervals, and the resting break we get in between. If you have done interval training before, or sports in any form, then you would be familiar with this concept. With each lap/interval, the timer would then reset itself and then the participant will start over again.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve experienced my very own hard reset a few times before. The most recent one being in 2022 when I finally decided it was time for me to get back into the industry. That is definitely a hard reset. What I’m currently experiencing though, is just a moment of break while I take the necessary time to focus on my top priorities.

Over the next few months, I need to focus more on my work as well as my part-time studies. I’m expected to complete my part-time post-diploma in about 2 months, and so it’s truly that final stretch of this sprint. Once this period of two months is over, I’ll start another period of sprint in my life. I think a better analogy would be the next leg of a marathon. After all, our lives isn’t really a sprint, but a long marathon. And how we pace ourselves in this marathon called “life” matters. So, I’m going to share a little lesser, post a little less. It doesn’t mean that I’m gone. I’ll still check-in once in awhile if I feel like I have something I really wanted to share. Beyond that, I’ll still read your postings and leave my comments from time-to-time. Otherwise, I think I’m going to take a step back.
Final note: I was reminded this morning that it is always easier to share our plans and desires to do something, but at the end of the day, it is the results that we produce that says the most. So that’s what I want to focus on for the next few months – producing results.
Before I sign off (for now), I do want to say thanks to all of my current subscribers, as well as any new ones while I take my break. Thank you for supporting my blog, liking my posts and interacted with me on a regular basis. They always meant a lot to me.
