Alright guys, we’re back with another progress update today. As some of you might already know, we’ve announced in our previous blog post regarding our decision to migrate our personal site to Hostinger some timelater this month. In the meantime, we will continue to provide updates here as we have them.
Well, first up, earlier this morning, we managed to receive additional help in the form of funds from someone within our network. We won’t be naming names, but let’s just say that this individual has helped us numerous time before in the past. The amounts were never huge by any measure, but what really mattered was that this person always shows up right when we needed the help the most.
So yes, thanks to the additional help, we have now added another SGD 128.00 to our overall “runway” mission objective. For those that might be unaware, our “runway” mission is a 90-day runway that we are attempting to build for ourselves as we progress. Our final mission objective is to raise a total of SGD 10,300. And so far, we have already raised/gathered a total of SGD 613.00.
Mission Objective: SGD 10,300
Current Progress: SGD 613.00 (5.9%)
It can be easy to look at that final end objective and think, “Man, 5.9%, we are still so far away from our mission objective.”
It would’ve been easy to feel discouraged by our current progress so far. Honestly, it has been inching ever so slowly. But we are also constantly reminding ourselves not to be disheartened by our progress. It might be slow going, but slow progress is still progress.
At the end of the day, the best thing we can do is to pace ourselves. Make the best of every single moment that we have been given.
Introducing a New Narrative to Our Comic Strip
As you guys know, we have been loving our new form of storytelling — by using a comic strip in the form of a young explorer. And today, thanks to the funds that we’ve received, we’ve decided to invest in a two-month promo for Google AI Plus. It provides access to Nano Banana 2. And with it, we were able to finally get back to generating new images for our storytelling.

This narrative for us is important because it also helps to tell the story about what we are going through at times. There are days when it is about observing the terrain and making notes. Other days, it can be about refueling, resting and taking stock of what we have.
