I really liked that photo that I’ve snapped from a few days ago. In recent weeks, I’ve made a decision to get up earlier every single day. To be precise, I would get up at 6:30 am so that I would be able to leave the house before 8 am (before it gets hot and sweaty for me). I wanted to make some tweaks and adjustments to my daily lifestyle, starting with taking the bus less and walking more. Considering my hours and what works best for me, I felt that incorporating these daily walks [mornings & evenings] into my schedule will help form a part of my daily exercise routine. I’m glad to say that for nearly two weeks since, I haven’t used the bus (only for traveling longer distances) when I need to get to places that are within walking distance (30~45 min). By introducing this change into my lifestyle, it has also helped me to be more focused and disciplined in other areas of my day. For the past two weeks, I have been getting more things done on a daily basis, and that’s been a major improvement compared to just a few weeks ago. For now, I hope that I can continue to keep this up.
